About

I prioritize creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, validated, and respected. I believe healing begins when individuals feel truly seen for who they are, without fear of judgment or being told what to do. As a therapist, my job is to assist you in figuring out where you want to be and how I can help you get there.

Whether through cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, person-centered approaches, trauma-focused therapy, strengths-based approaches, or recovery/relapse prevention techniques, I strive to tailor my interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.

Whatever you're facing, it takes a lot of strength and courage to acknowledge the challenges and even more to seek help. Remember, it’s okay to not be okay sometimes, it’s okay to take things one step at a time. There is no one way or "right" way to live. I'm here to listen, support, and walk alongside you, wherever you are in this process.
