People come to me seeking relief from the 'outcomes' of untreated procrastination. At age 32, I self-diagnosed my ADHD. I wrote my doctoral dissertation on chronic procrastination. I concur with current research linking chronic procrastination and gambling disorder in individuals with undiagnosed ADHD. Help is available!
