About

The decision to engage in change is often a difficult one, it takes a level of courage that many people have, but sometimes are not aware they do. So I applaud you for taking the first step. Whether you are struggling with depression, PTSD, anxiety, relational/family dynamics or addictions, know that you are important and capable of creating a new way forward. I have been working in the field for 40 years and bring those years of experience into our sessions.

My role as a therapist is to assist and facilitate the process of change you seek. My goal is to invite you to cultivate a trusting relationship with me that allows you to heal. I utilize a variety of interventions/modalities to promote personal growth, empower clients and eliminate negative symptoms (patterns).

Addressing the issues which have brought you to this place is not an easy step. The great playwright William Shakespeare once wrote “of all things great and small, pain we obey”. It is this emotional pain that brings most of us to the point of seeking help. Take the first step to help and contact me.
