About

Now accepting new clients. Everyone is at a crossroads during their life that they need to talk about issues that they struggle with. Whether it be loss of a love one, battling a substance use issue, a mood disorder or coping with an intellectual disability. Clients have a wide variety of issues that they are seeking to manage and to cope with in a better way. Many times a client is seeking someone to help them make sense out of something that, at least to them in the beginning, seems to be senseless. Answers and ways of moving their life into a forward motion is what many people seek in counseling.

I enjoy using evidence based practices. I employ a variety of intervention styles including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, applied behavioral analysis, illness management and recovery along with many other practices. Together, we will examine your goal and decide on what type of therapy is most appropriate.

I have been working in substance use for over 14 years and have seen clients that have found their success. Working in community mental health for over 8 years has allowed me to gain experience in a wide variety of problems that people face. I can offer a different view of what you face so that through us, we can seek the hope that you are asking for.
