About

Have you ever had struggles with the feeling that others do not think and/or behave as you do? Are you looking for ways to improve confidence or finding worth in your daily tasks? I have a vested interest in working with neurodivergent adolescents, young adults, and middle adults whether or not a diagnoses of ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder has been given. Diagnosis or not, symptoms can include anxiety and depression which can inhibit day to day activities. I am here to help with managing the things that prevent you from thriving and being the best version of yourself.

I stand behind cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I use a combination of mindfulness meditation practices with CBT tools based on a person-centered therapy approach, offering my clients a safe environment to explore beyond the surface of their difficulties and to uncover catered methods to improve everyday functionality.

When setbacks and challenges accumulate into our everyday routine, it can become overwhelming. I want to show techniques and tools that help guide through these difficult situations. Perhaps there has been a mental struggle present that has gone unnoticed. I will help navigate through confusion and unexplained emotional behaviors.
