I help individuals with symptoms and behaviors arising from anxiety, depression, psychosis, obsessions & compulsions, traumatic experiences, addictions, Personality Disorders, low self-esteem, anger, an inability to cope with daily problems or stress, trouble understanding and relating to situations and to people, etc, to lead more productive lives. I utilize a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy as my main therapeutic modalities.
