About

Life is a journey that can be both deeply beautiful and profoundly challenging. Along the way, we all go through rough patches. Anxiety, self-doubt, and despair can leave us feeling lost and afraid. Though these experiences may frighten us, they also offer us opportunities for healing and growth if we have the courage to listen to them and learn from them. I am a warm and caring psychotherapist who will provide an atmosphere of safety, compassion, and non-judgmental support as you engage in this process.

While my approach to therapy is eclectic and incorporates elements from several theoretical orientations, the unifying thread is my deeply held belief in the healing power of connection and relationship. I have an MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University, and am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

In addition to my licensure as a professional counselor, I am also certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have extensive experience working with people with substance use issues, eating disorders, and other compulsive behaviors. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming.
