Since 2009, I have been helping individuals, couples, and families find their way towards hope and healing. My training in psychology and spirituality has allowed me to use a holistic approach to help clients feel safe and understood. Everyone is unique, and every plan of care is created with that in mind. No matter what the struggle, there is a solution. I have had the privilege of helping people with a variety of issues including: Marriage and Family difficulties, Anxiety, Addiction, Trauma Recovery, ADHD, Anger and more. I also offer Pre-Marital counseling with PREPARE/ENRICH screening and assessments for SUD. I have been through difficult life struggles myself and needed help. I know first hand how radical changes can happen knowing that someone is there to guide you towards a solution. I'd love to offer that for you.
