About

I believe that meaningful therapy is possible when you feel deeply heard, understood, and appreciated while you are experiencing challenges that may seem overwhelming. Your unique story is important to me and we can work together to try and make sense of it. I take time to listen and learn what is most helpful for your growth and well-being. This includes hearing about your strengths as well as your struggles. You are encouraged to share your ideas about what you hope to accomplish as we create goals together. View 4 Photos

I am able to help you learn new tools and to identify the wisdom you already have. Learning to appreciate your strengths can provide hope while you are working through difficult issues and transitions. Some of my specialties include Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Substance abuse, Relationship Issues, and helping you create balance in your life.

I use a Mindfulness approach to help clients learn to be present and to be open to their current circumstances. I have helped people move through difficult transitions, various challenges, and significant losses while also exploring what provides meaning and a sense of purpose in their lives. I stay present, provide hope, and work with compassion.
