About

Emotional distress comes in many forms. We may feel a nagging unhappiness, a sense that our lives have become inauthentic, or have gotten off-track. We may feel held back or overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or perhaps we’re struggling to re-start our lives in the aftermath of trauma. Sometimes it’s relationships in our lives that leave us conflicted or confused. At times pain can be a catalyst for growth. But when it goes on too long, it can end up preventing us from living fulfilling lives. That’s where I come in.

As a licensed therapist with years of experience, I am prepared to help you on your journey with warmth, humor, and compassion. I am often described as genuine and down-to-earth. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

For me, my most important quality is the deep respect I have for each person’s journey. I believe that each of us has the wisdom and inner resources to find our path to growth and healing. We will work at your pace, in a way that feels comfortable to you. If you feel ready to begin this journey, please contact me to begin a conversation for change.
