I believe my clients are experts in their own experience, so my role is to provide resources and support to help them meet their goals. As a social worker, I also help my clients unpack how larger systems impact their mental health and relationships. I use a queer-affirming, anti-oppressive, and neurodivergent-affirming approach to therapy. I have extensive training in trauma and have experience helping people work through life transitions, burnout, mood struggles and chronic illness. While I have experience working with people from many different ages and identity groups, the focus of my current work is with young adults, college students, and creatives. My clients can expect to feel curious about their internal world and to learn new skills to help them reach their goals. As part of the group practice, Self Design, I’m focused on helping you get back in touch with who you are, and how you operate in the world. If our schedules do not mesh, one of my esteemed colleagues will be able to assist you.
