About

I offer individual therapy and specialize in working with adults from various and diverse backgrounds and diverse lived experiences. I have experience working with adults who are experiencing grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, identity/cultural issues, first-generation issues, self-esteem issues, stress, and trauma.

I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach and integrate various interventions including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration, where we work together on your therapy goals and your healing journey.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate therapeutic space. I believe that each person is resilient and has internal strengths. My goal is to empower you to see your own resilience and strengths, while learning new coping skills to navigate different situations in your life. It would be an honor to work with you!
