Hello! I hold a master's degree in social work and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Human and Family Development. I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years. My focus on family work began by providing homebased services to parents in both New Mexico and Oregon, respectively. After that, I worked for the Yamhill County's Family and Youth Department in OR. There, I was trained in ParentChild Interaction Training which targets children 07 years old. In private practice and then at Western Psychological Counseling Services, now Lifestance, I have continued to work with children, teens and adults individually and through family work. I have specialized training and expertise working with people who have survived sexual abuse and in the clarification process related thereto. In the past four years, I have become an ADHD specialist and now my work is mostly focused on that population. My current passion is providing parent education groups on ADHD and working with children, teens and adults with ADHD.
