I offer a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills and techniques, and relational, insight-oriented and emotion-focused Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Together, we will determine which approach is best for you.

I appreciate the courage and strength needed to take the first step toward healing, and I will strive to meet your courage with empathy, authenticity, and transparency. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment, where you will feel safe being your authentic self and we can work collaboratively toward post-traumatic growth and resilience.
