Hello! We all need to talk to someone, so whether it's me, another therapist, a trusted family member or a friend, I am thankful you want to talk and take care of yourself. I am an easy-going and genuinely curious therapist. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their issues, gain awareness of any self-limiting patterns, learn helpful skills, and hopefully laugh a little. I believe that with support and guidance, the challenges and transitions we face can become opportunities for personal growth and a chance to re-frame our experiences in a positive way. My work comes from a trauma-informed and strengths-base lens and utilizes a combination of CBT, DBT and humanistic approaches to therapy. Some of the issues people come to me for include: depression/anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, life transitions and stress management.
