I provide psychotherapy, counseling, and group therapy for anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief, men's issues, anger management, substance abuse/addiction, and a wide range of other personal, family, and marital problems, including couples counseling. In addition, I am certified in trauma and addiction treatments. From this foundation, I have a solid understanding of the role that drugs, including prescription drugs and the brain’s own natural compounds, have in affecting a person's mental and emotional health. Further, I have an extensive background in working with teenagers and children. I consider this to be deeply important work, as children and adolescents often find it difficult to understand their emotions and inner experience, during this critically foundational time in their lives. Finally, many people dealing with emotional concerns do not always fit into the limiting categories of a formal diagnosis. In my work with you, we will seek and find the core of your difficulties and then the answers that will change your life in the manner you wish.
