I have been working with children and families for over 18 years in various capacities. My experience comes from working in foster care and family preservation programs, school based therapy, an inpatient setting with adolescents girls with eating disorders as well as crisis intervention. My focus of practice is those who are struggling with finding themselves, developing relationships and communication about their needs. I have experience professionally and personally in working with families experiencing divorce and aspects of mediation, healing, and addressing new and changed family dynamics. View 9 Photos I also have years of experience working with many difficult childhood and family struggles. I provide support and education in managing challenging behavioral disorders, reactive attachment disorders, mood disorders, school focused challenge as well as divorce/family/parenting conflicts. I have experience in working with those effected by an eating disorder. I believe in meeting my client's where they are in their healing journey. Goals are developed by the client and I work to come along side them in working toward their goals. I believe in a Christ-centered approach to healing and recovery and often use this in my practice.
