I have been in private practice for 35 years. I am dedicated to provide you with compassionate, skilled and enlightened psychotherapy tailored to your needs. I offer healing from trauma, depression, anxiety & relationship issues while you discover your innate strengths and self acceptance. Reaching out can feel uncomfortable, you may long to feel balanced with a sense of self you can rely upon moving past self-doubts and self-criticism. I can offer you that healing for mind and spirit through empathic listening, thoughtful interpretation and experienced, holistic guidance. I use a depth-oriented, supportive approach blending Psychoanalysis, Gestalt, Jungian Therapy & Mind/Body/Spirit Integration. This synthesis helps me reach unique aspects in each client while offering more ways for them to understand & safely express themselves. I focus on helping you change behavior & thinking that no longer serves you for your best life. I listen with an open heart & mind deepened through spiritual practice. I can help you find the joy, self acceptance & empowerment you are seeking. I don't accept insurance but I realize finances are an issue for many people. I will offer a much lower fee for the first 3 months & then adjust it to my sliding scale. I am glad to answer any questions.
