I enjoy working with clients who have suffered a painful loss and are navigating the process of grieving and work effectively with those who have lost a spouse or someone close to them, looking to create an environment of hope and healing in difficult times. I also enjoy working with business leaders seeking to improve their professional development. I utilize CBT, interpersonal therapy and a mindfulness-based approach in order to offer personalized strategies to reduce symptoms.
