About

In my work as a therapist I seek to create an environment that is caring and supportive while allowing us to identify opportunities for growth and healing. My approach emphasizes skill-building, increasing insight and helping you to return to a life that is balanced, healthy and productive. I believe that with the right fit therapy can be rewarding and even life-changing. I work collaboratively with clients to reduce distress and emotional pain related to issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship concerns among others.

I enjoy working with clients who have suffered a painful loss and are navigating the process of grieving and work effectively with those who have lost a spouse or someone close to them, looking to create an environment of hope and healing in difficult times. I also enjoy working with business leaders seeking to improve their professional development.

I utilize CBT, interpersonal therapy and a mindfulness-based approach in order to offer personalized strategies to reduce symptoms. Together we can establish goals aimed at working toward the best version of YOU! One that is happier, healthier and able to get the most out of life.
