Life's journey can often throw us curve balls. Everyone is worthy of love and belonging, however sometimes it is hard to be able to put yourself first and nurture your emotional needs. With the correct level of support, I firmly believe that anyone can achieve better emotional stability, find moments of joy, and learn to live in the present. No one is able to "fix" another's mental health concerns, yet through support, encouragement, education, empathy, and understanding, you can have the knowledge and tools to reach your own personal goals. I have worked in the mental field for 10 years. View 5 Photos I supervise and provide services several programs at The Village. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for mental health is a group that provides support, education and skills to adults whose mental health needs require more than weekly counseling. The Fargo Counseling team offers one-on-one outpatient therapy services. Therapy can be intimidating but it can also be the catalyst needed for growth and emotional stability. I can assist you with building healthy connections while gaining insight and strength to manage mental health symptoms. You don't have to do this alone, whether you choose to heal individually or in a group setting.
