About

Are you ready to make a change? Do you feel like there might be something more for you in this twisty-turny life? Can't quite find the words? It is important that you be at the center of your own healing and transformation, which may incorporate a mix of methods - some of which involve less verbal language and more movement. While many life transitions can include feelings like anxiety and sadness, there's also space for laughter and a sense of fun. You may gain new perspectives on issues that have plagued you for years. This sense of freedom and authenticity can open new possibilities in all areas of your life. View 7 Photos

I use an eclectic mix, often including psychodynamic work, in therapy to include the entire person: body, mind and spirit. I educate and empower clients to use practical tools learned in therapy in realistic, lifelong ways. I also like to include elements of movement, nature - especially horses, into my work.

It takes courage to be vulnerable and acknowledge you'd like some help along this journey. I know because I've been there myself. It's never too late to awaken your true self and create a vibrant, beautiful life. Take the first step and I'll meet you there!
