About

The best version of you is not determined by other people's opinions, how much money you have, the way you look or feel, or what is going on in your life. Your value is reflected in your perspective - the personal stories that you have created and believe about yourself. There are choices in how you think about yourself, other people and situations. It may not change the situations, but it can change YOU! The miracle of seeing possibilities when you see no hope, to believe that you are so much more than your problems and pain, to understand that the biggest thing that you are missing in your life is YOU.

I work with adults 18 and older who are struggling to find more joy and hope in their lives. I focus on the present to help people navigate and find their own inner strengths and resources to make their lives better. I listen with rapt attention to understand what a "better life" means to each individual that I see. And then we work together to create it.

My specialty includes working with addictions issues - addicts as well as people who are close to them. This includes love addicts - those who struggle to find the right partner. Whether you have a pattern of staying in destructive relationships, are not able to make a commitment to a partner or avoid relationships altogether, there is help and hope.
