Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist
You want kind, upbeat support as you work through your most difficult life challenges. I'm here to give you practical recommendations about what you can do to improve your situation today. The most important predictors of therapy outcome are the relationship you have with your therapist, the "fit" between us, feeling hopeful that things can change, and being given the right tools to start the change process. My job is to make sure all of that happens for you so you can start feeling better. I'm a marriage and family therapist, and I also love to work with individuals who need someone to champion their change efforts. I enjoy helping people with depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I am EMDR trained so I can help you heal from traumatic life events. I enjoy working with couples and families as well. Emails will be directed to Utah Valley Counseling Directors who will be happy to assist you in scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation or your first counseling appointment.
