About

Many children, adolescents and young adults are struggling with the pressure and stress of everyday life. Imagine having someone to help them cope with their difficulties, decrease negative feelings or self harming behaviors and increase feelings of self worth, hope and happiness. My goal is to give clients a safe and trusted space where they are comfortable to express their feelings in a calm and nurturing environment and are ready to challenge their thoughts, problem solve or just decompress. When you are ready, I am here and happy to work with you as part of your team!

I have 12 years of experience helping individuals struggling with ASD, ADHD, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, relational issues and maladaptive behaviors. Seven of those years in a school setting, implementing IEPs and 504 plans. I am certified in crisis de-escalation techniques and utilize a relational model in meeting my clients where they are at emotionally.

Life is hard, choosing to make life changes is hard but taking the first step in reaching out is the hardest! Let me help! I can offer telehealth for those who live a busy life and prefer technology or would rather just save on time and gas but I can also offer a comfortable location for those who would prefer the intimacy of an in person session.
