It is my belief that each person has the inner ability and wisdom to heal. My approach is warm, person centered, curious, and compassion focused. I meet each person where they are at while recognizing that each person is constantly growing throughout life. With this approach, I work with each client to co-create a therapy space that recognizes and honors their diverse individual and collective experiences and identities. It is my intention to learn with you what may be causing stress, dysregulation, ambivalence, or challenges in your life particularly with a focus on the mind-body-soul connection. I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, adjustment challenges, depression, chronic illness, intergenerational trauma, racial trauma and stress, domestic violence and abuse, family and/or relationship issues. I also support individuals exploring inner child healing, identity development, and psycho-spiritual maturation processes. Together, we can build rapport and connection that nurtures a strong foundation for the healing work that best suits you and your needs. I believe it’s important to establish safety and trust in the therapy relationship that allows you to tap into your inherent wisdom and strengths with empowerment, knowledge, and tools.
