I am an experienced bilingual (Spanish-English) clinical social worker. I am a current doctoral student at the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. I am the daughter of two hardworking immigrants from the Dominican Republic. My therapeutic approach is culturally sensitive, collaborative, unique to each client, and focuses on client strengths. I specialize in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I strive to create a safe space for my clients. I would love to be apart of your journey to self discovery. Let’s talk about it! I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your story and life journey. I am here to listen and provide therapeutic tools. I understand that every client is unique and there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy. I see patients within the context of their families, histories and communities.
