Therapists » Lic Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Hi! If you're exhausted, frustrated, angry, disillusioned, or simply in need of guidance in a life transition or situation, you're in the right place. I offer a safe space to dive into the challenges on your plate. Anxiety and depression are my specialities, but please know that I work with clients on a wide array of topics. I often utilize traditional talk therapy, and I regularly pull in CBT techniques that I think might be helpful to you, but should you or I decide a different modality would be useful, we can discuss that as well. I want our sessions to be collaborative and for you to feel heard and supported. I'm extremely open minded and have worked with clients from so many walks of life. I'd like to think I'm a safe space, nonjudgemental, and direct when needed. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you've been at this a long time, I'm hopeful we can find a renewed energy for positive changes, together. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2013) from Marymount University. I offer talk therapy counseling sessions in a safe space, with an open mind. I also offer life coaching sessions (shorter term, solution-focused.)
