Experiencing deep pain and suffering can be a scary, lonely place to be. Regardless of the one's experiences and circumstances, I am here to clinically and professionally, yet warmly with compassion and genuineness, help through these times. I love what I do have been professionally helping people through tough times for over 25 years. Sessions may be in office, via telehealth, and/or in your home, depending on your counseling goals. There is flexibility with scheduling when possible, including day and evening hours. I specialize in trauma, which can cover a wide range of concerns and struggles. Related certifications include CCTP II, CIMHP, CATP, CCATP, and CDBT. For some, the hardest step is the initial one - reaching out, asking for help. For others it may be in taking the next step and then the next step in the healing journey. I do hope that somehow you will find enough strength and courage in taking that first or next step.
