I am a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys helping people help themselves by finding connections between feelings, thoughts and actions. With over fifteen years experience in hospital settings, including inpatient and day treatment programs, I am able to assist clients in decreasing acute symptoms and improving overall health. I use multiple therapeutic approaches that best suite the needs of each client such as; Strength Based, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
