Life can be hard, sometimes we can't even get out of bed to face the day. Learning skills to address: sadness, exhaustion, family dynamics, work stress, issues of trauma, PTSD, depression that stops you from enjoying life are some of the factors that I address in treatment. It can be scary to address the past, face the issues that have impeded us from being happy and successful, but with treatment and learning new skills slowly life can be better. Everyone wants to be happy, but change is hard and the struggle is real. With my psychodynamic approach we can create a treatment plan and approach to address these issues I believe that supportive therapy using a cognitive behavior approach allows people to open up and try new approaches to their problems. Trauma informed care is a major component part of my practice, there are many issues that are rooted in trauma. Understanding your past helps you to face your tomorrows. I have been practicing for over 40 years and still feel passionate about helping people be everything they dream to be. Working on issues that are stopping you from feeling happiness, successful, and peaceful is my goal for you.
