The decision to seek therapeutic help is never an easy one. It often comes at a time when most people feel hopeless, vulnerable, frustrated and unable to cope without outside help or resources. Recognizing this, I strive to provide my clients with the utmost respect and compassion, in a confidential and safe environment. I work together with my clients, in an authentic, collaborative way, to bring about positive changes that make sense in their life, according to their personal values. My specialty is Relationships & Sex Therapy, identifying & working w/ intimacy issues and infidelity. I am a AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I am a Gay Affirmative Trained Therapist which affords me the opportunity to provide a special range of psychological knowledge, which challenges the traditional view, that homosexual desire & fixed homosexual orientations are pathological. From a holistic & healing affirmative stance, I address specific issues that can affect ones sexual & emotional health. I am a"Poly" friendly therapist & CNM relationships. A member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists (AASECT); the American Board of Sexology (ABS); the Community-Academic Consortium for Research on Alternative Sexualities (CARAS); the American Counseling Association (ACA); and the Nebraska Counseling Association (NCA).
