About

I believe in your own ability to heal and feel whole in this life. Whether this statement feels true in this moment or are questioning 'How do I start that process?'. I want to explore who that person is inside of you that craves to be known and seen. I focus on three main types of therapy; mindfulness, creativity/art and EMDR. I start every session with a short mindfulness skill to drop into our time together. I'm trained in EMDR which can be helpful for a range of symptoms from anxiety, depression to PTSD. I use the practice of creativity to work with the mind body connection and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

I specialize in my work with young adults and adults (19-99+) indoors and outdoors. I'm known for my sense of groundedness, support, and creativity. I work successfully with individuals who want to thrive in their lives and not just cope. I offer sessions in a range of options from sessions on the animas river, in-office sessions, phone sessions or video.

I believe in the reverberations of this work. As we start to understand ourselves on deeper levels then this acts as a drop in water that expands out into our partnerships, families, friends, communities and systems. Remembering you are here for a purpose and trying your best just like everyone else. Lets Connect. Contact me for a free consult call!
