Navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. These challenges can leave lasting imprints on our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I work with clients to process and heal from traumatic experiences, break generational trauma, and build resilience, helping them reclaim their lives from past pain, persistent worry, and ongoing stress. My goal is to help you develop effective coping strategies so that these concerns no longer hold you back. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and mindfulness techniques. My approach is collaborative and integrative, combining these modalities to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. I strive to provide a compassionate and practical experience, ensuring that therapy is supportive, safe, and transformative. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals around perinatal mental health, medical trauma, grief and loss, and BIPOC individuals in Vermont.
