I’ve always wanted to be an ally to those struggling with mental health. My own history with mental health struggles and family dynamics sparked a lifelong curiosity about how people work and how the mind functions. I’m inspired by seeing people empowered by therapy and how many lives have been changed by it, including mine. Discovering NOCD and learning about the different types of OCD—and the powerful effects of ERP—piqued my interest. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our deep understanding of its nuances enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preferences. We’ll take the time to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
