Welcome to Play It Forward Counseling Indy, where no one is too old to engage in creative expression through art, play, and outside of the box thinking! I specialize in working with children of all ages as well as their adults and family members. I have worked within schools across Indianapolis and the greater Indianapolis area to support student success and development of strong family connections. I have worked with children individually and also have training and experience in supporting adults learning how to best support their children. I work to identify goals of the child and/or family, then utilize different modalities of therapy to support those needs. I am trained in using art and play therapy techniques, PCIT, TF-CBT, and CBT. I have training and experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma related disorders as well as supporting adults raising a child with these needs. Being the caregiver for a child is a full time job, and if your child is struggling with additional needs it can become overwhelming. Let's work together to find the path to playing it forward!
