I am a clinical social worker/therapist with 18 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. Whether you are struggling with a current issue that needs resolution, past trauma that needs to be released, enhanced communication skills, grief support, career counseling, or navigating life in general, I am here to support you in your healing journey. Many of my clients have anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, work stress, relationship issues - or any combination, or seeking personal growth. My goal as a therapist is to help clients find or create the best version of themselves and help you build tools to utilize throughout your life. Through therapy, we can work together to heal you from the inside out. I take a whole person approach work to meet clients where you are and move at a pace you are most comfortable working. It can be difficult to start the therapy process and address the things in our lives that need assistance in navigating or letting go. I have never known anyone to regret the choice to seek therapy options. The first step is to connect with a therapist. The sooner you do, the sooner you will feel better and better equipped to resolve issues in your life.
