Jill Haber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in the strengthfocused treatment of adults. She believes above all else in working with clients is the unconditional positive regard; therapy should be a space wherein you feel safe, understood, and fully seen, while acknowledging the importance of feedback and insight to help foster personal and relational growth. Jill began her career as a therapist working with world renowned psychiatrists and psychologists, crisis counseling in reproductive health, an intensive eating disorder treatment program, and in private practice. She has focused much of her practice on encouraging clients regarding selfadvocacy, boundary setting, and empowerment. Theoretical orientations which she gravitates towards in her work involve a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (while also finding that a sprinkling of humor can often help with perspective a great deal).
