I’ve been a therapist for the better part of two decades. Working as a counselor and supporting hundreds of clients over the years has been an immense privilege. I am so glad to call it my life’s work. And it’s only the beginning. My goal is to assist you in becoming your most authentic self. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, ACT, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner child work, incorporation of meditation, mind/body work and grief. I have also been working with the military and veterans over the last 12 years so I understand military culture. Right now it is so difficult to find a therapist; it can be costly if you don't have insurance or a therapist doesn't take your insurance. I am offering a sliding scale to fit your financial needs. It is important to find a therapist you feel safe with and connected to. I offer a non-judgemental space to allow you to explore your journey.
