About

I am dedicated to helping children and teens navigate challenges like school stress, building self-esteem, and improving peer relationships in a supportive, non-judgmental space. My approach connects therapy with school and home environments, ensuring a cohesive support system that fosters self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation. This holistic method supports youth growth while guiding parents to strengthen their impact at home.

With a background as a school social worker and expertise in supporting neurodiverse children, I collaborate closely with schools and families. I address challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, social difficulties, and adapting to change through an empathetic, person-centered approach.

As your advocate, I bring knowledge and understanding to each step of this journey, bridging the gaps between therapy, school, and home to create an empowering environment where children can thrive. With the right support, every individual can make meaningful change, and I look forward to working with you and your child on this transformative path.
