About

I am here to put you at ease and truly listen as you share your own experiences of grief, loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and/or learning a work-life balance. As each person has a unique story, I will listen and provide feedback and support. We will navigate your journey together. I use a variety of approaches including a Strength-Based therapeutic approach, Narrative Therapy, Companioning model, and Interpersonal Therapy.

Over 10 years ago, my passion for helping others led me to become a grief counselor for a large, local hospice agency. In addition to working with grief and loss, I also specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and work-life balance. My compassionate and open style lends itself to working with you through many of life's challenges.

I believe in spite of great challenges; you can find meaning and hope again!
