I offer compassionate and empathetic mental health services to adult clients in a safe, judgment-free environment for those struggling with emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, depression/mood disorders, and more. My purpose is to serve as your guide as you navigate through the process of healing and growth. We will work together using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I believe that you are capable of creating positive change as the expert of your own life. All people deserve to be respected, to receive acceptance, and to be deeply valued. I help strengthen the mind-body interface and somatic awareness. I teach the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I primarily use treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and person-centered therapy, but your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs and concerns.

I place emphasis on the core principles of person-centered therapy, including unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, genuineness, and the therapeutic relationship.
