As a senior staff therapist at Greenwich Psychology group, I enjoy working with individuals who are committed to self-exploration and may be struggling with anxiety, depression, family concerns, and/or work issues. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore your challenges and find ways to reconnect with your healthier and positive self. After receiving my graduate degree from New York University, I completed my pyschoanalytic training at the Westchester Center for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. This intensive clinical training combined with my prior career as vice president at a private bank gives me a unique understanding of workplace issues, life transitions and clinical issues. Greenwich Psychology Group serves high functioning clients of all ages from children, adolescents, adults, parents to executives.
