I embody a passion for helping others achieve their ideal self in all facets of the lifespan. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, as well as families and couples. My areas of expertise include; mood disorders, crisis and trauma, phase of life concerns, parenting/co-parenting, gender, identity, and sexual orientation concerns, as well as career-related challenges.

I possess skills and abilities in the realm of clinical mental health counseling, supervision, and consultation. I primarily utilize a Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), approach but include a mix of both Existential and Mindfulness based techniques. I also specialize in utilizing play therapy, expressive art therapy, and sand-tray interventions.

As an ethically grounded and reflective practitioner, I enjoy working with diverse individuals. My goal is to create a collaborative and authentic relationship with clients in a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can truly heal and grow.
