I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience helping adults, teens, and children achieve their goals, heal from their painful past experiences, build a more balanced and integrated brain and nervous system, and love and accept themselves more fully. In collaboration, we explore key self-regulation skills for managing life demands and difficult emotions. We work together to help you heal and make sense of what has happened in your past and relationship patterns so that you are free to live a life in alignment with your values and of true fulfillment. Sessions are empathic, holistic, and flexibly guided. Treatment is tailored to your needs and includes IFS, EMDR, ACT, somatic techniques, and mindfulness-based practices and skills.
