About

Change is normal and at times expected, but it can also cause stress and wreak havoc in our lives, disrupting it. Sometimes the change is traumatic and unexpected and can cause our moods to shift, or behavior to change. Therapy can help when the changes that occur in your life that affect your everyday life. Are you seeking help for your child, adolescent, or yourself? Are you seeking to improve the communication with your family and friends and/or your relationship? Are you feeling stuck or needing extra support? Is there something you are struggling to cope with or a trauma you are struggling to heal from?

I am a bilingual therapist that speaks Spanish, sees diverse clients of all ages, and takes your culture into consideration when meeting with you. I see older children, teens, young adults, older adults and beyond. I utilize CBT, Person Centered, and Family Systems therapy to help you with your current stress and concerns and/or past trauma.

Whether you are new to therapy, or have had therapy in the past, I will meet you where you are at. It's OK to not be OK, but you do not have to go through this alone. We will work through your issues collaboratively, whether there is trauma, cultural stress, major changes, work/school related stress, relationships issues, identity issues, or family changes.
