My clinical approach incorporates a holistic lens. I work to integrate every component of an individual and the ways in which they interact with others and the world around them into my practice. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). With couples more specifically, I practice the Gottman Method as well as Narrative therapy. I am passionate about working with clients to meet self-identified goals with understanding, nonjudgment, empathy, openness, and compassion. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety and OCD, eating disorders, substance abuse, and personality disorders. More recently I have begun practicing therapy among couples in addition to individuals. I have gained experience working with clients as they develop insight and coping skills to navigate self-identified concerns . I work to establish trust within my clients themselves and within myself as a guide. I am enthusiastic to work with all those who come through my door to help support my clients towards the life they envision and deserve.
