About

It is my honor and privilege to bear witness to the stories of others through therapy. After working with hundreds of clients over the last two decades who have faced anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and medical complications, it is my belief that the human experience is complicated and filled with both triumph and tragedy as we each make our own journeys. My goal as a therapist is to help you live your life to the fullest with intention and meaning, while also helping you to show up as the best version of yourself.

I specialize in working with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjusting to life's changes. I have expertise in working with women who help others and are facing caretaker burn out or secondary trauma, as well as with families experiencing acute and chronic medical conditions.

My primary focus is to develop a warm, caring, therapeutic relationship with you that allows for non-judgment and gentle accountability. Your privacy and safety are of the upmost importance as you share your experiences.
