About

A sensitive child, a frustrated teen, an anxious young adult, an overwhelmed mother. My heart and experiences lie here. I aim to create a trusting environment where you feel safe to explore your stressors and emotions, as well as practice and implement strategies to elicit change. I also find when we better understand our strengths and emphasize our self-worth, we become more ready for growth and feel less stuck.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) with over 8 years of clinical experience with children, teens, young adults, and families. I am also a Positive Discipline Parenting educator and a trauma informed therapist.

I believe change occurs when trust is built, thoughts are challenged, and you feel empowered to implement the skills practiced. I believe creativity is an essential part of growth and thus an important part of the therapy process. I believe therapy is a brave and life-enhancing path and it is a privilege to be a part of that journey every single time.
