About

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. Are you feeling overwhelmed by constant worry and feeling stuck in repetitive thinking or behavioral patterns? As a therapist specializing in Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, I am here to support you in learning to detach from those patterns to be able to move towards a free and values-driven life. I also have experience working with a wide range of other challenges and will work with you to meet you where you are at. Together, we will find a therapeutic approach that will work best for you.

I received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and am licensed in both DC and Maryland. I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including ACT, DBT, CBT, Grief and Trauma Interventions, and Solution Focused Therapy.

While I do utilize evidence-based interventions, I believe that establishing a genuine, authentic, and nonjudgmental relationship between the therapist and the client is the real key to successful therapy. If you are ready to begin your therapeutic journey towards self-discovery and healing, I am here to provide a safe and supportive space.
