About

I believe you deserve a life of balance, connection, and joy. I enjoy working with adults from varying backgrounds who are looking to feel supported and heard. My work focuses on finding inherent strengths that lead individuals to the best versions of themselves in a world full of uncertainty. Clients I serve often struggle adjusting to life changes, depression, anxiety, traumatic memories, grief, and gender identity.

In sessions with me you can expect to learn how to cope with life’s challenges, an exploration of how patterns were established, and support in identifying things about yourself you would like to challenge and others you would like to enhance. And likely you’ll laugh some as I believe laughter has its place in the therapy process.

I believe the therapist-client relationship is a partnership in which I walk beside you to help you see your path towards a more content life with the necessary healing. Ultimately my focus is to assist you with meeting your goals and helping you develop the life you are seeking. I look forward to having the opportunity to connect with you.
